Doggy Heaven's note

Blogging is one of the interests that I have. Given that I am fascinated about the advancement of the technologies and social media these days, I have started blogging -- reading, writing and posting weblogs since year 2014. I write and share stories about my pet dog, at the same time I invite my friends who own pets to share interesting stories about their pets as well.

Weblogs are interactive, they allow bloggers to interact with readers, because readers can easily respond to the sites' entries via emails and comments. Thus, writing blogs is intrinsically public and the accessibility of readers becomes vital to bloggers. An active blogger often pursue wide readership and is interested to getting feedback on what he writes.

As I reflect on my own experience of writing and posting weblogs, I found that I have discovered my own interests, and I can unburden myself through telling stories snippets at a time as well as sharing ideas and informative knowledge on infinite topics with a wide range of readers.

The promise of the web is everyone could publish, thus blogging is an act of self-expression and self-empowerment.

This Month Guest Post : Happie

Happie is a 1-year old mixed breed dog that was rescued from the streets as a puppy by a kind Malay man and given the name of "Bunga". Apparently Happie and her siblings lost their mother and were left to fend for themselves so the Malay man (forgot his name) built a hut and enclosure for them. She was then put up for adoption via Petfinder.my and that is where Winson saw her pictures and decided to visit her. On his first visit, Winson saw Happie and it was love at first sight.

She took to her new surroundings easily and has been a loving and cheerful addition to the family. Initially she was fearful of humans but over time her softer nature began to surface and now she enjoys the company of her family and human visitors. She loves going out for walks in the park and around the neighbourhood. Happie is a loveable and gentle creature, and is probably one of the rare few dogs who loves to eat fish more than any other types. Since she was adopted at the age of 5 months, her fur begins to shine more beautifully with shades of brown, white and black.

This Month Guest Post - The Silky Terrier

My name is Pumpkin . I am a silky terrier and I am 7 years old . I love playing with the ball and enjoy just sitting in the car, thinking I am a human  and will try to climb out of the car window. I have learned many tricks but my best trick is just the fact I love to shake hands ! I have become my owners'  alarm clock every morning, waking them at six for their morning walks.

My owner likes to dress me up with nice clothes, hair clips and collar with bell. Do I look pretty??

Bye BOSCO !!!

BOSCO LEFT US

These are the last two photographs of BOSCO that I took at our house. The old couple kept calling me and sending text messages after three days we adopted BOSCO. They said they miss him very much and it was hard to face their daughter for letting BOSCO go.

Hence, we pity the old couple and we agree to let BOSCO returns to the foster home. Well, it is not our fault. We have been treating BOSCO well such as bringing him for walks, serving him nutritious food and more.

However,  I find the whole procedure very unusual, to say the least. I have friends who adopted pets but they never required to return their pets after adoption.
